Cost Control Professional
The Cost Control Professional will participate in activities to ensure the best utilisation of resources, both capital and labour. These activities include data and resource analysis, gap analysis and diagnosis, establishing cost control measures and revising the project's financial plans.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Commerce (Major in Economics or Finance) or working towards
* White Card
Experience:
* Minimum 3 years' experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role – preferred
* Basic understanding of Economic principles with regards to production quantity
* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel
Core Responsibilities:
* Assist in conducting Gap Analysis of Cost Control activities
* Assists in reviewing financial plans
* Establishes cost control measures
* Determines the best utilisation of resources (plant and labour)
* Conducts Data and resource analysis
