We're partnering with a leading global cost consultancy that's seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their high-performing team in Sydney. This role will focus on major aviation and infrastructure projects, providing strategic commercial and contractual leadership from inception through delivery.
The ideal candidate will come from a Quantity Surveying or commercial management background and have solid experience working under NEC4 contracts. You'll play a key role in driving commercial outcomes, building strong client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the consultancy's aviation portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cost and commercial management across major aviation and infrastructure projects
* Provide expert advice on NEC4 contract administration and commercial strategy
* Manage project financials, reporting, procurement, and risk management
* Oversee and mentor project teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes
* Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, supporting business development initiatives
About You:
* Background in Quantity Surveying or commercial management (client or consultancy side)
* Proven experience delivering projects under NEC4 contracts
* Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
* Previous aviation or infrastructure project experience is essential
