Nurse Practitioner Role

The Nurse Practitioner works in the Residential Aged Care Facility setting, providing clinical expertise and working under the Medical Governance of the Geriatric Evaluation Rapid Intervention - Residential Aged Care Support Service (GERI-RaSS) Senior Medical Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care and management in the Residential Aged Care Facility setting.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
* Develop and implement effective care plans that meet individual patient needs.
Requirements:
* Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
* Endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
* Current practicing certificate.
