The Campervan & Motorhome Club of Australia (CMCA) is seeking an energetic person to join our team based in Newcastle.
Primary duties of the position will be to provide assistance to Club members and other stakeholders in regard to member services and administration needs as well as assisting with marketing activities.
Tasks will include:
* Answering & directing incoming phone calls
* Actioning incoming mail & emails
* Updating & maintaining our membership database
* Sending outgoing mail
* Processing applications & shop orders
* Processing of payments received
* Assisting with marketing including social media
* Assisting with management of member benefits
* Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements for the role include:
* Can do attitude
* Able to take direction
* Confidence using computer applications
* High attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The position is full time hrs per week). Remuneration will be based on award rates with review after the successful applicant's probationary period.
We are open to supporting the successful applicant if they would like to undertake qualifications in the business administration field.
