You will lead the commissioning, strategic, operational and financial performance of Atlassian Central tower. General Managers (Asset Managers) at Dexus are accountable for the performance of assets, by developing and executing property investment strategies that maximize returns through deep customer relationships and strategic value creation. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure Central tower is exceptionally managed.You will make an impact by:* Lead the day‐to‐day operational and strategic management of a highly complex, market‐leading commercial asset with Atlassian as both co‐owner and anchor tenant.* Build and maintain trusted, high‐touch relationships with Atlassian and other key stakeholders, ensuring clear, confident and timely communication at all times.* Act as the primary escalation point for complex operational issues, providing calm leadership, technical insight and clear stakeholder messaging when challenges arise.* Apply deep technical and commissioning expertise to ensure building systems operate optimally, with a strong understanding of how buildings function end‐to‐end.* Oversee and manage compliance, regulatory obligations and risk, ensuring the asset meets all statutory and governance requirements.* Lead the operational delivery of a first‐of‐its‐kind sub‐tenancy model, managing up to 20–25 sub‐tenants as the building reaches full sub‐lease.* Partner closely with internal Dexus teams to ensure alignment with Dexus standards, processes and governance, leveraging strong institutional knowledge.* Drive a polished, best‐in‐class property management experience, reflecting the profile, complexity and visibility of the asset.* Provide leadership and direction to the property management team, setting clear expectations and ensuring a consistently high standard of delivery.* Contribute to continuous improvement, bringing commercial judgement, problem‐solving capability and senior‐level decision‐making to a unique and evolving environment.**About You**You are a senior commercial property leader with strong technical and financial acumen, recognised for your ability to build trusted, high‐impact relationships in complex, high‐visibility environments. Commercially astute and operationally confident, you understand how buildings work end‐to‐end and how value is created, protected and communicated. You are calm under pressure, credible with senior stakeholders, and comfortable operating in ambiguity, balancing competing interests while delivering a polished, best‐in‐class outcome across a flagship asset.You will bring:* A tertiary qualification in business, economics, property economics, or finance discipline.* Senior‐level experience operating in a General Manager or equivalent leadership role within complex office or mixed‐use assets.* Strong background across property investment, property management and/or development, with accountability for high‐profile assets.* Technical and commissioning expertise, with a deep understanding of building systems and operational performance.* Proven ability to resolve complex operational issues, manage risk and maintain stakeholder confidence.* Sound knowledge of compliance, regulatory frameworks, property markets, valuation and financial drivers.* Commercially astute, balancing service excellence, risk and return optimisation.* Experience managing complex contracts and stakeholder‐led negotiations* Highly effective communicator, credible and influential at senior levels, with confidence operating in high‐touch environments.* Strategic, calm and decisive, with the judgement to operate in ambiguous, first‐of‐its‐kind operating models.* Professional presence suited to a high‐visibility, flagship asset.* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI technologies.The Dexus culture and spirit is what differentiates us.
