What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Representative (Golf and Turf), you will:
* Record and track sales activity using company systems
* Use manufacturer programs to grow market share
* Promote products and services to meet sales targets
* Build long-term customer relationships
* Stay informed on competitors and industry trends
* Conduct field demos and operate machinery on-site
* Assess used equipment for trade-in value
* Work with Sales Manager/Admin to manage orders
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
* Coordinate equipment delivery and pickup
* Provide expert support to customers and partners
* Support a culture of safety and continuous improvement
* Manage inventory and monthly stock takes
* Assist in coordinating events and shows that we regularly attend
* Working with an engaged team, providing the best possible customer service
Being located in the Darwin you will be required to travel various distances to demonstrate, showcase and support our product range
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
* Prior sales experience and/or training (John Deere range of products preferred)
* Solid understanding of local market conditions.
* Knowledge of resale values of particular machinery.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* A solid team member that enjoys collaboration between Parts, Sales and Service
* Being a strong problem solver and one that is able to think on run
