**The Opportunity**:
Due to continued growth we're excited to partner with Asurco and McMahon Services to find an Executive General Manager (EGM) - Architectural Products and Solutions that has the design and manufacturing knowledge combined with strategic thinking and leadership skills to grow the business.

This role heads up Asurco and sits on the Executive Leadership team at McMahon Services reporting directly into the Managing Director.
This is an Executive role and therefore a member of the McMahon Services Executive Committee. You will be required to attend the monthly executive committee meetings, prepare an annual strategy paper, reforecasting monthly on the financial outlook for your various service lines, as well as reporti regularly on their strategic progress around service delivery and performance.
This key role will manage the strategy and performance of the design of new marketable construction products, drive the manufacturing excellence in safety, cost efficiency and speed to produce the products and oversee the team who install the product for the customer's satisfaction.
**Key Duties**:
- Assist your team and managers with their strategy around the marketing of the Service Lines (SL's) both internally as well as externally.
- Oversee the monthly Business Development of the SL's for their external customers and the promotion of the services internally to the McMahon Services Companies
- Creation, Implementation and Execution of the Annual Strategic Development plan for each of the SL's
- Oversee the operational delivery by each Manager of their SL and monitor efficiency and performance of the SL labour and plant
- Design strategies and monitor outcomes with each SL for increased efficiency and reduction in costs in project delivery and task execution
- Oversee the manufacturing excellence which needs to be embedded end to end throughout the product life-cycle while the product is being created in the factory
- Assist the team to research, design and provide innovative solutions to manufacturing of their products to ensure Asurco stays relevant to the market leading approaches
- Design strategies and monitor outcomes with each SL for increased efficiency and reduction in costs in task execution throughout the manufacturing lifecycle
- Monthly financial forecast reporting and reporting on actual results to the Advisory Board
- Annual budget preparation for SL's - to be presented to the Executive Committee and then used for comparatives throughout the year
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and foster partnerships that lead to ongoing opportunity for the wider McMahon Services Companies
