As we continue to scale, we're strengthening our delivery function and looking for a Projects Manager to lead our Projects team and lift delivery performance through discipline, structure, and accountability.
The Opportunity (delivery-first leadership)
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-performing environment and takes full ownership of outcomes. You'll lead the Projects team and oversee the end-to-end delivery of 45+ concurrent projects — ensuring timelines, quality, and commercial performance are controlled and predictable.
You'll report directly to the Management and be trusted to set the standard for how delivery runs.

What you'll lead & own
* Lead and develop the Projects team (direct reports) — setting standards, priorities, and clear accountability
* Own delivery performance across a portfolio of 45+ live projects (schedule, quality, cost control, customer experience)
* Drive cross-functional execution across design, engineering, production, logistics & site installation contractors
* Improve systems and processes that create consistent delivery outcomes (handover points, checklists, escalation pathways, reporting rhythms)
* Run clear, outcomes-focused project meetings and maintain strong stakeholder communication (internal + external)
* Monitor and control freight and delivery costs, identifying risks/variances early and taking corrective action
* Maintain accurate documentation (variations/change orders, risk registers, compliance logs)
* Maintain data integrity across ERP/project systems and report on KPIs, risks, and delivery performance to Management
What you'll bring
* Proven experience leading project delivery / operations in a fast-paced environment (construction, manufacturing, prefab/offsite highly regarded)
* Strong people leadership — you can coach, hold standards, and drive follow-through
* A disciplined approach to planning, prioritisation, and execution across competing deadlines
* Commercial awareness (delivery costs, variances, sequencing impacts, margin protection)
* Strong systems capability (Odoo ERP, project tools; Procore/Aconex or similar
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* Strong ability to problem solve
