A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Global Learning Delivery team as a Learning Consultant on a part-time basis.
Our Global Learning Delivery Team is responsible for supporting Computershare globally, providing services in leadership development, core skills, diversity and inclusion, and talent and performance management.

**A role you will love**
Learning Consultants are responsible for the delivery of Global Learning & Development programmes, including on-boarding, core skills, leadership, management and talent development, and diversity and inclusion/wellbeing learning initiatives.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to Learning Partners in developing and maintaining the Global L&D provision that supports People Plans and global priorities
- Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end learning cycle, including the analysis, design, delivery, facilitation, and evaluation of L&D initiatives
- Effectively managing and delivering global L&D programs in accordance with agreed-upon timelines and objectives
- Working collaboratively with the Head of Learning Delivery to facilitate the execution of various activities
- Delivering tangible outcomes that support Diversity, Inclusion, and Wellbeing initiatives, thereby contributing positively to the company's corporate social responsibility efforts
**What will you bring to the role?**
As you've probably gathered by now, we are looking for someone with a real passion for learning and an eagerness to share that passion with others; a proven ability to understand and convey business priorities, influence, and gain leadership commitment to achieve the best outcome.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- Proven experience as a practised facilitator in a Learning and Development role, able to deliver training to employees.
- Ability to coach/mentor/train/support a range of roles across Computershare, as part of delivery of core programmes
- Ability to adapt quickly to our fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to confidently interact and discuss with employees across the organisation the value the Global TL&D team brings to them and the organisation
Preferred but not essential:
- Formal professional accreditation/qualification in Learning & Development
- Accredited coach/mentor or equivalent work-based experience
