A leadership opportunity exists for a visionary Executive Officer to lead the State Office of a premier women's association in Tasmania. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams, with strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills.

The Executive Officer will play a key role in driving strategic planning and stakeholder engagement, fostering relationships with government, business, and community stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of Tasmanian women and their communities.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the day-to-day operations of the State Office, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.

Leading and developing a high-performing team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

Developing and implementing policies and procedures to support the organisation's goals and objectives.

Fostering partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders, including government, business, and community groups.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.

Experience in finance management, preferably with budgeting and financial reporting.

Strong computer and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Working with Vulnerable People Registration or willingness to obtain.
