Your Opportunity
We're looking for a sharp, creative Content Creator / Copywriter to help refresh and elevate content across our clients' corporate SharePoint and intranet sites. This is a fast-paced contract role where you'll contribute to improving employee experience through clear, engaging, and on-brand communication.
Responsibilities
- Audit, review, update, and rewrite intranet content and associated documents (e.g. policies/procedures) to improve clarity, tone, and usability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather accurate information and messaging
- Create new pages, headlines, micro copy, and internal communications as needed
- Make information accessible and easy to utilise
- Ensure consistency with brand voice and corporate style guidelines
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong writing, editing, and content strategy skills
- Experience writing for internal audiences, preferably in a corporate or tech environment, especially if your skills include crafting policies, procedures and training materials
- Familiarity with SharePoint or other CMS platforms
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver polished content
- Bonus: Strong understanding of UX writing or intranet best practices
