Events & Catering Coordinator Salary : $80,000 excl super Hours : 76 hours/fortnight - Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm - Weekends 10-15 times per year - Late nights Monday - Friday (to 12am) 10 times per year Team Size: 15 - FOH Staff Reports to: Events Manager Event & Catering Coordinator - $80k S With a strong focus on service excellence, the Event & Catering Coordinator is responsible for the smooth & professional coordination of events & catering services. This role supports the delivery of high-quality experiences that align with organizational goals. The Coordinator plays a hands-on role in planning and delivering events and exceptional catering. Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of event logistics-such as preparation, setup, execution, pack-down, and transportation-while maintaining clear communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Key Requirements: Demonstrated ability to be flexible, to work proactively and cooperatively in a small team, and to build productive working relationships. Current NSW driving licence and the ability to travel between sites as required. Responsible Service of Alcohol - maintain a current competency card. Maintain current First Aid certification.
