**Job description**:
We have muiltiple government clients is seeking experienced Administration Officers. These roles range from 3 to 6 month assignments with possibility of extension based in the Perth Metro area.
The purposes of these roles are to provide general administrative support to the broader team in a fast paced environment.
Key duties for these roles include but are not limited to:
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to team as required
- Organisation of meetings, including preparation and distribution of meeting minutes, agendas and action items.
- Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders across multiple departments to arrange meetings, approvals, etc
- Database Management, including the maintenance of registers, records and CRM systems.
- Preparation of documents as required, including assistance with preparing reports and presentations.
- Assisting with monthly expenditures duties, including processing of invoices and expense reconciliation
- Arrange and coordinate travel as required.
To be successful, you will have:
- At least 2 years experience in an administrative support role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Previous experience within Government is highly advantageous.
