About the Role
This is a full-time, 18-month parental leave cover contract based at our Mount Waverley showroom.
You'll be responsible for:
* Leading and mentoring a team of interior designers
* Overseeing daily showroom operations and customer experience
* Facilitating one-on-one catchups and team development
* Managing rosters, leave requests, and monthly reporting
* Assist in running monthly team meetings and being the first point of escalation
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has proven leadership experience and a passion for developing people
* Is customer-focussed and thrives in a collaborative environment
* Has a background in design or building/construction (highly regarded but not essential)
* Brings energy, empathy, and a commitment to excellence
