Role Responsibilities
As a Farm Manager of Heath Hill Farm, Yannathan, VIC, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art, tunnel-ventilated broiler bird farms. Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring and reporting on KPIs and operational metrics.
Leading, training, and engaging a team of 6–8 staff to achieve excellence in a professional and commercial environment.
Driving continuous improvement in animal welfare, productivity, quality, and environmental practices.
Adhering to relevant legislation and company policies, including biosecurity, safety, and environmental standards.
Building strong working relationships with company representatives and external stakeholders.
Managing bird growing requirements using advanced shed management techniques.
Ensuring farm presentation and standards remain at the highest level.
