Our Operations Manager is gearing up for a nine-month maternity break, and we're on the lookout for someone ambitious to take charge during this period. **The Serious Stuff**:
- Must have prior experience as a second-in-command (2iC), overseeing a warehouse facility and managing a team of 10-15 individuals.
- Experience in effectively managing performance and KPI's
- Excellent commitment to safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Ability to interpret a profit and loss statement
- 5+ years experience operating in a busy warehouse and logistics environment
- Must have a forklift licence and experience using a forklift (essential)
- High Reach experience (advantageous)
- HACCP Knowledge & working in a frozen/cold environment (advantageous)
- Supply a copy of a National Police check & able to pass an alcohol or drug test (for more information, read our policy here)
- Physically fit and able to stand, repetitively lift more than 15 kg consistently and 20 kg occasionally.

**Hours and Rates**:
- 8-9 hrs average hours per day.
- Shift times are 7.30-4.00 PM weekdays (some weekend work)
- The full-time salary package of $90-98k p.a. + Super + Benefits + Time in Lieu
