Job Description
The Business Services Manager will lead the Business Services & Corporate Tax team, managing a diverse portfolio of compliance, strategic tax advisory, and consulting work.
* Manage financial statements, income tax returns, and BAS for SMEs, large private groups, and listed entities.
* Provide expert advice on private and corporate tax matters, including pre-sale and pre-IPO structuring.
* Participate in regular client meetings, building trusted relationships.
* Collaborate on business advisory and tax planning projects, including innovation incentives, indirect tax, and international tax issues.
* Oversee junior team members, contributing to a positive learning environment.
* Assist with internal process improvements and strategic input as part of the leadership team.
