- Contract opportunity Duration: 6 months Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a passion for digital transformation? We have a contract opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to support a critical discovery project focused on project portfolio scenario planning.
This role will be instrumental in evaluating business processes, defining system capabilities, and ensuring alignment with Project Management capabilities. If you have experience in workforce or portfolio planning and a strong analytical mindset, we want to hear from you! What You Will DoLead in-depth process and system analysis to support the discovery phase of project portfolio scenario planning Collaborate with stakeholders to define built system capabilities and ensure alignment with business needs Capture and document existing business processes, technologies, integrations, and service accounts Assess the current architecture and its alignment with project objectives, ensuring all business touchpoints and inputs are identified Develop comprehensive analysis and options papers to support decision-making and contribute to a Solution on a Page (SoaP) in collaboration with IT teams What You Need To Apply For This Role Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in digital capability enhancement projects Strong understanding of project portfolio management, workforce planning, and system analysis Ability to capture and document business processes, system integrations, and architecture components Experience in collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to internal stakeholders Randstad Digital Candidates Receive Access to a Udemy licence for ongoing learning and continuous professional development Access to exclusive discounts across various platforms Discounts on private health funds Weekly pay runs And more Interested?
