Job Title: Personal Hardship Assistance Program Officer



About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end applications for financial assistance to eligible individuals in accordance with the Personal Hardship Program Guidelines.



Key Responsibilities:


* Manage and administer payments to eligible applicants, ensuring a professional and sensitive approach is maintained at all times.

* Provide expert advice and recommendations to applicants on their eligibility requirements, taking into account cultural responsiveness and equity.

* Analyze business plans and policies within own area of responsibility, offering guidance to others on design implementation issues.


This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, attention to detail meticulousness. The right individual should have experience working effectively teams as well an ability handle high-pressure situations adapt changing circumstances appropriately.
