We work with a Myriad of Audiology Providers, Manufacturers and Independently owned organisations across Australia & New Zealand.We are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Officer to work with a National Audiology Provider for their hearing clinic based in Claremont, WA Our client has seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will engage with customers through various channels, provide product information, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless experience.
This role offers career development opportunities within the organization.Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and offer personalized solutions.
Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with expert audiologists.
Assist customers in navigating our cutting-edge hearing devices and accessories.
Resolve concerns promptly, leaving a positive impression on customers.
Engage in local marketing efforts to promote the clinic.
Perform minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).
Qualifications: Previous experience in high-quality customer service (retail or allied health).
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in CRM systems and appointment book management.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
Attention to detail and solid administration skills.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
