Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Coordinator to join our Remanufacturing Team at our Muswellbrook Facility.
This role involves coordinating and supplying high-quality parts to internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery while consistently meeting and surpassing targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safe and efficient operations of the Remanufacturing parts warehouse
* Maintaining parts inventories in line with current and future demand in consultation with Reman Planning team.
* Liaise with corporate office, manufacturer and/or supplier on matters pertaining to customers, parts availability, parts provisioning, product.
* Sourcing parts externally as required
* Initiating and review of parts invoices and stock receipts and resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies
* Updating and maintain computer records including MS Dynamics
* Safe storage and distribution of parts to our branch network
Requirements:
* Earn a salary of $80,000/year, plus potential overtime and bonuses
* Embody a culture that prioritizes safety above all else
* Prior experience in a parts environment
* A strong understanding of mechanical principles
* High level of computer literacy, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be highly advantageous
