Key Responsibilities
* Lead and optimise sales operations processes, systems, and workflows
* Partner with Sales Leadership to develop and execute sales strategies and forecasts
* Drive accurate pipeline management, reporting, and performance analysis
* Oversee CRM integrity, governance, and continuous improvement
* Develop and track KPIs to enhance sales productivity and accountability
* Support pricing strategies, contract management, and commercial decision‐making
* Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and growth
* Support, lead, mentor, and develop the sales operations function
About You
* Proven experience in a Sales Operations, Commercial, or Business Operations role
* Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and CRM system experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
* Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategy
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
* Commercially astute with a strong understanding of sales cycles and revenue drivers
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and process discipline
