About the Position
This is an opportunity for a quantity surveyor who is looking to join a motivated and driven team and contribute on a diverse range of projects. In this role, you will be pivotal to the lifecycle of a project, from feasibility to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage clients and other stakeholders.
* Responsible for variations and progress claims.
* Conduct contracts administration services.
* Responsible for measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans, and bills of quantities/pre-tender estimates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree in project management or construction management (majoring in quantity surveying).
* Minimum 3 years' experience in quantity surveying.
