**About the role**
The Specialist Systems Integration is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission’s (ACIC) service interfaces between the ACIC and its partner agencies as well as designing integration between ACIC business systems, using ACIC integration patterns.
- Demonstrates experience with implementing solutions using IBM Integration Bus/IBM App Connect Enterprise using Java and/or ESQL.
- Has experience implementing integration solutions using Enterprise Application and Integration (EAI) and SOA principles.
- Demonstrates experience supporting the provision of IBM Integration Bus/IBM App Connect Enterprise, IBM MQ and IBM DataPower deployments.
- Has working with SSL, general PKI concepts, XML standards and schemas.
- Has familiarity with REST/JSON API design concepts and implementation
- Demonstrates well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to cultivate productive working relationships; engage with stakeholders across multiple levels; and mentor and develop team members.
