Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to support their Joondalup store. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your leadership skills in a premium retail environment, working with stunning jewellery and luxury timepieces.

This is your opportunity to step into an Assistant Store Manager role with a nationally recognised brand renowned for its timeless designs, fine craftsmanship, and personalised service. Based at their Joondalup boutique, you'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating moments of joy and elegance for every customer.
Your Role
* Support the Store Manager to lead and inspire the store team to deliver premium service and exceed sales targets
* Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store performance
* Deliver personalised, consultative service to customers, building genuine long-term relationships
* Contribute to sales initiatives and business growth strategies
* Uphold exceptional standards in store presentation and product knowledge
* Support with training and coaching to build team capability and performance
* Confidently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
What We're Looking For
* Previous leadership experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar, ideally in luxury or jewellery retail
* A polished and professional approach with strong communication skills
* Passionate about customer service and delivering elevated, memorable experiences
* A natural leader who thrives in a collaborative and high-end environment
* Strong operational skills including stock control and VM
* Commercially minded with a drive to meet and exceed targets
* A genuine appreciation for fine jewellery and luxury craftsmanship
