HEO5 $61.44 per hour + superannuation

About the opportunity

The Timetabling Team is looking for a highly motivated and self‐driven Timetable Officer to join their high performing team. In this role, you will provide a range of administrative services and operational support to the team. You will be required to prepare documents, records, and web materials, respond to queries, assess, and process a variety of applications, and source solutions related to the effective delivery of student administration services.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

* provide general administrative services and operational support to the Timetabling Team
* build effective relationships and work collaboratively with all staff in the Timetabling team and staff in other areas
* develop appropriate organizational knowledge in self and others to ensure consistency in the provision of advice and quality administration
* contribute to the on‐going development and updates of knowledge articles

About you

* excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in managing a wide range of enquiries and providing excellent customer service
* well‐developed negotiation, conflict resolution, relationship building and influencing skills
* strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgement and ability to prioritise workload during a busy period
* sound data accuracy and numeracy skills
