About the role
We have a new opportunity in our Karratha branch. We are on the lookout for an organised proactive individual who is ready to hit the ground running each day and wants to work in a small friendly team for a locally owned dynamic company that supports your community.
This role is primarily responsible for the delivery of premium customer service excellence, whilst building and maintaining relationships with our clients in a professional manner.
We need someone reliable, who prides themselves on their work and has exceptional administrative skills.

Skills and experience
Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Coordinating end to end fleet hire, whilst maintaining key stakeholder relationships in a professional manner.
* Proactively maintaining client call cycles and quote management whilst ensuring accurate information is maintained across our systems.
* Managing the integration of client contracts into the operating system.
* Maintaining professional presentation of the office and work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Exceptional customer service
* Automotive or logistics experience is advantageous
* Effective verbal and interpersonal skills
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft suite of services
* Current Manual C Class driver's license (HR an advantage).
