We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Growth Manager to lead our sales efforts in the region. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing key account relationships, and resolving operational issues.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive profitable business growth through regional site accounts
* Create and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at customer sites
* Identify opportunities for investment and capital expenditure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
* Seek out and coordinate resources to deliver exceptional customer service and support
* Understand customer business needs and effectively communicate the value of our services
* Lead site-level repairs planning and implementation, including strategy development, budgeting, and activity planning
* Ensure accurate data management in CRM systems
