National Construction and Fit Out firm seeks Client Services Manager to lead their Victorian projects

We have partnered with a National Construction firm specialising in Medical Centre Construction and Fit Out/Refurbishment. They are looking for a Client Services Manager to join the team in Melbourne, delivering projects from $250k - $4m to a range of Clients across Victoria.
**Your new role**
- Delivery of construction and refurbishment projects, involved in Design and Development, Planning and Stakeholder Engagement
- Run tender processes evaluating cost and timings for delivery
- Business Development and Sales where required
- Report to GM and clients on project timeline and quality
- Implement processes and ensure existing protocol is up-to-date
- Preparation and management of project delivery
- Chair meetings with Clients and Key Stakeholders
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role in the Construction industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office suite including MS Projects
- High performance works and proven experience setting and hitting targets
- Ability to plan and manage construction projects
- Experience liaising with Clients, consultants and trades
