We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business activities.

The successful applicant will have a strong background in administration, financial management, and project coordination. They will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage project finances, including budgeting, invoicing, and tracking;
* Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings;
* Maintain accurate records and databases;
* Provide administrative support to senior staff members;
* Perform other tasks as required.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in administration, financial management, or project coordination;
