A Day in Your New Role:
* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and machinery in industrial settings.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing effective solutions.
* Collaborate with engineers and project teams for electrical installations and upgrades.
* Trace and fault-find PLCs and control systems.
* Engage in new industrial installations, including installing conduits and cable trays and commissioning electrical equipment.
* Construct and wire switchboards and control panels.
What We're Looking For:
For Industrial Electricians: Current NSW Electrical Supervisor's licence and 3-5 years of industrial experience.
For Apprentices: 3rd or 4th-year currently enrolled at TAFE.
* Strong knowledge of electrical equipment, PLCs, switchboards, relay logic, and NC control systems.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt and learn continuously.
* Professionalism, integrity, and a high standard of work.
Bonus Skills:
* LVR/CPR certification
* Forklift licence
* Working at Heights certification
* High-Risk EWP (above 11m)
* Confined Space certification
Additional Details:
* Full Australian working rights are required.
* A police check and
* a valid driver's licence will be part of the hiring process.
