About the Role
* This is a full-time position, 5 days per week, including Saturdays, with one day off during the week.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting sales agents in and out of the office
2. Attending open houses and inspections
3. Liaising with purchasers and vendors
4. Attending photo shoots and appraisals
5. Prospecting for new business opportunities
6. Erecting sign boards in strategic locations
7. Responding to customer enquiries in a timely manner
8. Distributing promotional materials as required
Requirements
* A valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle for transportation
* Excellent presentation skills to represent our brand effectively
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues
* Organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* A current NSW Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Agent Licence
