Claims Advisor Job Description
We are seeking a skilled insurance professional to manage workers compensation claims and support injured customers. This role involves processing claims efficiently, communicating with stakeholders, and making informed decisions to achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims
* Process claims quickly and efficiently
* Communicate effectively with claimants, employers, brokers, and treatment providers
* Obtain and review medical, financial, and rehabilitation reports
* Collaborate with internal support and external stakeholders to ensure proactive claims management
To succeed in this role, you will need strong customer support skills, the ability to work well with a team, and solid stakeholder management experience. You will also be highly regarded if you have a Certificate IV in Personal Injury Management or Diploma in Personal Injury Management or Degree in Business, Law, Commerce, Allied Health or related field.
