Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Newcastle, NSW. The Lawyer will be responsible for Property Law, Business & Commercial Law, and Wills & Estate Planning matters.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Property Law, Conveyancing, Business & Commercial Law, and Wills & Estate Planning
* Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, drafting, and negotiation skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and legal representation
* Organisational and matter management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in legal software and tools for document drafting and matter management
* A current practising certificate in New South Wales
* Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) with relevant professional experience
* Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
