We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist (1.5yrs+ exp ) to come on board and join our team in Logan, where we have fantastic culture and dedication to career development.

The role involves
- Managing a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes
- Assessing participants functional capacity including physical and psychological abilities through clinical assessment
- Leadership opportunities including providing internal presentations
- Provide recommendations to successfully adapt environments for participants including the provision of assistive technology
- Providing professional guidance/mentoring to junior clinicians
About You
- Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration)
- 1.5+ years experience delivering NDIS therapy services
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication + time management skills, detail oriented
- Honesty, integrity, and positive approach
