Early Childhood Educator
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating developmentally appropriate programs based on children's interests and building on their knowledge.
About the Role
You will work closely with your team members to establish beautiful environments that foster a sense of comfort and confidence in kinder-aged children. Your expertise will be valued as you share your vibrant practices and enhance children's learning experiences within our service.
* We cater for children from 6 weeks to five years old.
* Our opening hours are 6:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday.
* We utilise the Story Park platform to communicate with families about their child's development and foster active participation.
* Our passionate management team is committed to guiding you through your career and providing opportunities for growth and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
* Create developmentally appropriate programs based on children's interests.
* Build on children's and your own knowledge to enhance learning experiences.
* Establish beautiful environments that foster comfort and confidence in kinder-aged children.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor in Early Childhood Education.
* Experience in working as a Teacher, ideally within a childcare setting.
* A passion for making an impact on children's lives.
* Current VIT registration.
* A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
* Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
