Role Overview
As a Client Service Officer with Court Services, you will provide a range of clerical and administrative services including responding to customer enquiries, data entry, records management, and supporting effective courtroom operation.
Exposure to graphic content, such as images, photographs, and discussions related to violence, sexual assault or homicide matters, is part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the effective operation of court rooms and perform administrative services to meet statutory obligations.
- Provide high quality support to customers on the counter throughout various courts within the hub, via telephone and email.
- Enter data accurately using computer systems and maintain records.
- Foresee the requirements of the judiciary and other stakeholders to provide a timely and effective response.
- Support the implementation of improved work practices.
- Adapt quickly to working in different jurisdictions and teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Willingness to travel to other locations within the hub, including overnight stays up to one week.
- Robust communication skills, ability to take direction and work well within a team.
