About the Role
A leading global wealth management firm is seeking a Client Services Associate to provide market and operational support to Wealth Advisers and their clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in financial markets to build a long-term career in wealth management.
What You'll Do:
Support advisers with market trading, order management and client communications
Manage account administration including opening forms, settlements, transfers, corporate actions and super fund administration
Assist clients with market, trade and account-related queries
Prepare and process investment proposals, portfolios and transaction documentation
Manage Statements of Advice and compliance processes
Liaise with third-party providers, share registries and service providers
Assist with marketing opportunities, client events and meetings
What You'll Bring:
Experience in client service, investor relations or administration within financial services
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business, Finance or related discipline (highly regarded)
Genuine interest in financial markets and investments
RG146 compliance or willingness to obtain
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent client service skills and ability to build rapport
Self-directed with ability to work under minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate/advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Knowledge of IRESS or wealth management systems (highly regarded)
