ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full-time, office-based position. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for Homecare support workers
* Screen, interview, and assess candidates (phone, Teams, and face-to-face)
* Manage compliance, credential checks, and documentation
* Maintain accurate records across internal recruitment systems
* Conduct reference checks and quality assurance processes
ABOUT YOU
* Proven experience recruiting care workers in a Homecare or Community setting
* Strong understanding of Homecare recruitment, compliance, and onboarding
* Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
* Confidence learning and navigating new recruitment and compliance systems
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, reliable, and genuinely people-focused
