Professional services practice on the North Shore looking for an Administration Manager
**Your new company**
A small, client focused chartered accountants is currently looking for an Administration Manager to provide support to a team of partners located on the North Shore. This long standing company prides itself on providing a high level of service to a loyal group of prestigious clients.
**Your new role**
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Database management
- Management of tax and ASIC lodgements
- Collation of financial reports
- Secretarial support including answering telephones
- Incoming and outgoing correspondence
- General office running
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have had previous experience of supporting multiple people in a professional environment. It would be beneficial to have prior experience of working in a financial institution, although industry specific tasks such as ASIC and ATO lodgements can be trained. Strong client service is essential and you'll enjoy building and maintaining relationships in line with the company ethos.
