Join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMH) team delivering community-based mental health care to children and young people aged 5–18 and their families. This role focuses on rapid, developmentally appropriate assessment and person-centred care, tailored to each family\'s needs, whether through outreach or local services. The role aims to reduce hospital admissions by providing assertive risk management and early intervention, delivering evidence-based therapeutic care, and strengthening relationships across home, school and community.

What You Will Bring To The Role
* Recognised tertiary qualification in psychology or occupational therapy, with current registration with AHPRA, or social work and eligibility for membership of AASW.
* Demonstrated skills to apply professional knowledge and skills in a complex child and youth mental health setting, including evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
* Demonstrated knowledge of family systems and ability to work therapeutically with families to improve mental health outcomes for children and young people.
* Demonstrated understanding of childhood trauma, child protection and domestic and other violence as they relate to child and youth mental health.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to utilise a range of information systems.
* Demonstrated skills in evidence-based practice, quality improvement and capacity to participate in research projects to evaluate and develop practice.
* NSW Driver\'s License Class C (including P1 or above) and willingness to use same for work purposes
