We are a neuro-affirmative practice committed to supporting children, families, teens, and adults. We are seeking a dedicated Registered or Clinical Psychologist to join our team and provide both therapy and assessment services. Flexibility is offered to tailor the role to your professional preferences, with the possibility to focus more on either therapy or assessment if desired.
As a part of our dynamic and supportive team, you will work with a variety of clients, delivering person-centred therapy in a neuro-affirmative manner. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded professionals in a practice that values growth, empathy, and inclusivity.

Contract or permanent availability for assessment only
Contract of permanent availability for both therapy and assessment

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual therapy and counselling sessions for children, families, teens, and adults.
Perform psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning.
Collaborate with clients to develop personalised treatment plans in line with neuro-affirmative and person-centred values.
Maintain professional and ethical standards, ensuring all client interactions are confidential and compassionate.
Manage a caseload effectively while maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to the collaborative practice environment.
Key Requirements:
Full registration with AHPRA as a General Psychologist (Clinical Psychologists welcome).
Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number, ABN, and ability to bulk-bill client appointments.
Values aligning with neuro-affirmative practice and person-centred therapy.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, set clear boundaries, and work collaboratively with clients.
A strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously while aligning with the organisation's values.
Experience delivering therapy or counselling within a clinical or similar setting.
Effective time management and organisational skills.
