Join Tritium and be a part of the transformation in the EV charging industry.About The RoleThis position reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor at Tritium Pty Ltd and is based in Brisbane, QLD.The purpose of the Store Person / Fork Lift Driver role is to efficiently move raw and finished product within & outside warehouse environment. Ensure accurate documentation, labelling, palletisation and presentation of product is adhered to. To be responsible for movement and storage of product. Unload and load trucks whilst monitor key performance indicators such as movements, damage and DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time). Ensure the warehouse & equipment is cleaned to standard on a daily basis.Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:QualityBe responsible for the safe storage of product within company guidelines.Accurate forklift driving to ensure minimal product damage.Report and clean up any damages within the warehouse.Perform daily checks on operating equipment.Maintain performance monitoring charts for different aspects of the warehouse process as requiredPerform all tasks to a high standard to meet Standard Operating Procedures and processes.Customer ServiceBe responsible for the unloading and loading of trucks.Be responsible for the unloading and loading of shipping containers.Ensure DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time) is the key focus to all activities undertaken.PlanningAssist the Warehouse Manager to plan daily warehouse functionsRelationship ManagementLiaise with other warehouse team members, production staff, maintenance staff, wider supply chain team and external logistics/transport teams to ensure an effective and efficient daily operation.Problem SolvingAssist the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Team Lead – Inventory with problem solving and maintenance fault solutions within the warehouse as required.Compliance / Risk ManagementUpdate all Risk Management Plans, Quality Plans and Environmental Plans, ISO and Health & Safety standards and proceduresDemonstrate and promote a proactive commitment to health & safety, wellbeing and the environment whilst complying with all laws and company policiesTeam WorkCommunicate effectively with Warehouse Manager, Team Lead - Inventory, warehouse team and production management to ensure the long term goals and targets are met.Support companywide initiatives to improve service levels to our customersBe an active functional member of the warehouse/production team. Co-operation and input will be required in relation to team performance, site growth and planning meetingsProfessional & Personal DevelopmentUndertake identified personal training / development approved by the Warehouse ManagerAbout YouYou must hold a forklift licence for this positionPrevious experience in automotive and or defence sectors is highly desiredUnderstanding and experience with standard warehousing practicesComputer/Scanner aptitudeProficient with ERP systemsAdvanced problem solving and fault-finding abilitiesWell-developed communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and planning skillsAbility to manage all aspects of the role at times in a pressurised environmentKnowledge and application of industrial and personal safety behavioursTritium is an equal opportunity employer.
