The Position This is an exciting opportunity for full-time VR General Practitioners to join a brand-new clinic in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne. The clinic is part of an established network of 15 practices focused on providing quality healthcare to a growing community. With a flexible billing approach and robust patient demand, GPs will have the opportunity to tailor consult fees to best meet community needs. This role is ideal for GPs seeking stability, with up to 9 full-time positions available as the clinic expands. Initial staffing will include support from 3-4 GPs working part-time across the week. The owner is invested in creating a supportive environment and values input from experienced GPs in shaping the clinic’s growth. Health Service and Location The clinic offers a state-of-the-art facility with pathology on-site and plans for extended hours (7 am - 11 pm), accommodating the needs of the community and fostering a healthy work-life balance for GPs. The practice is located within a family-oriented and vibrant suburb, offering GPs a rewarding role in a high-demand area. Essential Criteria FRACGP or equivalent. Commitment to quality patient care and community health. The Package $170 per hour minimum guarantee plus 70% of billings. Mixed billing structure, starting at $60 for standard consults (Item 23), with flexibility for higher rates. Onsite pathology to support patient care.
