MRAEL is currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Administration Officer to join the team at Mas National.

We are looking for a positive, energetic team player to join our Queensland team, based in Rockhampton.
Mas National is contracted by the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations to deliver Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS) across multiple states. Our knowledgeable team supports employers, stakeholders, and individuals from pre-commencement through to completion of an Australian Apprenticeship.
This role offers the opportunity to develop skills in the Vocational Education and Training industry and provides potential career progression within Mas National and the broader IntoWork Australia group.

Your duties will include...
1. Providing administration support to the Mas National Apprenticeship Consultants and Mentors.
2. Delivering high-quality customer service to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
3. Conducting virtual progress contact visits with Employers and Australian Apprentices.
4. Assisting with the accurate completion of Australian Support Network documents.
5. Supporting employers and Apprentices with claiming Australian Apprenticeship Incentives.
The successful candidate will need to have...

2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Proven experience in an administrative role.
4. A highly motivated attitude and positive outlook.
5. Strong time management and organizational skills.
6. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. High attention to detail and accuracy.
Work Type:
Full Time, Monday - Friday (38 hours per week).
Requirements:
* Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
* This position requires an Australian Federal Police Check and a Working with Children Blue Card, which will be arranged for the successful applicant.
