Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled payroll professional to lead our team in delivering accurate and timely payroll services. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of payroll systems, legislation, and compliance requirements.
Main Responsibilities
* To manage the payroll team and ensure all payroll operations are completed efficiently and effectively.
* To oversee the maintenance of master data, production of payrolls, statutory reporting, and payment processing in line with regulatory requirements.
* To collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and implement system changes.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior payroll role.
* Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
* Strong technical knowledge of payroll systems and legislation.
