Key Accountabilities:

* Collaborate closely with the payroll team to oversee group payroll accounting;

* Manage the manpower recharge process;

* Conduct monthly reconciliations for payroll balance sheets;

* Handle payroll-related queries during both group and local audits;

* Coordinate the determination of exact costs for capitalized development costs within the group;

* Address payroll accounting queries as they arise;

* Perform calculations for internal and external commissions.

Your Experience:

* Strong technical accounting skills with an appropriate accounting qualification (Chartered Accountant, CPA or similar) and 3+ years of post-qualification experience;

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner;

* Prior payroll accounting experience.
