This is a new role and we are looking for a candidate who is innovative, self-directed and motivated to be a leader in the SNF Lite Pilot roll-out and evaluation. The position is based in Cringila Community Centre but would regularly travel to the Nowra hub.The Clinical Nurse Specialist will maintain a reduced clinical load and support new staff on the program. The position will support the SNF Clinical Co-Ordinator to develop the SNF Lite model, review data and provide evaluation and feedback to the Ministry of Health for the duration of the pilot.

· Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role
· Working With Children Check (WWCC)
· Relevant post-registration qualification in Child and Family Health Nursing and completion of the specialised training for the Sustaining NSW Families Nursing role. At least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification, or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate.
