Your new role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects from procurement through to handover. You will work both on-site and in-office, leading delivery teams and engaging with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage project planning, programming, and delivery
- Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, and reporting
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
- Ensure compliance with contractural and regulatory requirements
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project outcomes
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar
