About the Role
We have been a leader in family and childcare photography for over 25 years. As we move into our new boutique retail office in Brighton, we are seeking a highly experienced, methodical, and process-driven Operations & Logistics Lead to run our daily business engine.
Key Responsibilities
* Production & Workflow Tracking: Managing the pipeline of incoming and outgoing work, maintaining a foolproof filing system for images and lab orders, and overseeing packing and dispatch of final products.
* Logistics & Event Coordination: Creating and scheduling high-volume photographic events, managing master calendars, and structuring shoot schedules for the photography team.
* Digital Data Management: Executing tech-fluent workflows, including setting up and password-protecting online client galleries.
* Client & Office Stewardship: Handling daily high-value email/phone enquiries and ensuring all daily office documentation is flawlessly accurate.
About You
* Highly Experienced: 4+ years of solid office administration, logistics, or operations experience in a fast‐paced environment.
* Systems Thinker: Naturally thrive on checklists, value structure, and take intense pride in the absolute precision of data and schedules.
* Hands‐On Grit: Comfortable with roll‐up‐your‐sleeves tasks, from scheduling down to physical packing and trips to the Brighton Post Office.
* Autonomous & Confident: Manage own time, problem‐solve on the fly, and require minimal supervision.
* Tech‐Fluent: Advanced proficiency with MS Office and email pipelines and ability to problem‐solve.
* Digital Data & CRM Management: Maintain strict data integrity across customer databases, pipeline tracking systems, and CRM; oversee CRM management to support customer automations and marketing campaigns.
* Office Management & Internal Onboarding: Oversee smooth running of the new Brighton office, manage supplier relationships, maintain office presentation, and coordinate onboarding/tracking for new field team members.
